Welcome to WMAC

Wagga Model Aero Club (WMAC) is located south of Wagga Wagga near the town of Uranquinty about a 10 minute drive on the Olympic Hwy. The location makes our model airfield readily accessible to all members of the Wagga Wagga area seeking a safe, friendly and appropriate location to enjoy the sport of aero modelling. 

As a Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) approved model airfield, the facilities have been designed with safety in mind supported by a comprehensive Model Aeronautical Association of Australia (MAAA) flight training program. 

Our members participate in most forms of aero-modelling including radio control model sport, scale, pattern (aerobatics), gliders, old-timer and helicopters. 

Club membership is open to those who share an interest in the sport of aero-modelling and are approved by the club Committee. Visitors from MAAA affiliated clubs may be permitted to fly at WMAC up to four times per membership year. MAAA visitors must present a current MAAA membership card and sign the visitors book at each visit.
